Type: New duplex development in the coastal suburb north of Wollongong
Clients: Lisa and Justin — experienced entrepreneurs and developers based in Perth and Sydney
Client needs:
Support with day-to-day project coordination due to multiple ventures already in motion
Special feature:
Integration of light-gauge steel framing supplied by Lisa, a registered builder in NSW

Scope of Work:
- Managed the completion of the design in line with the Principal’s Project Requirements.
- Appointed all sub-contractors for the works.
- Managed the site team.
- Completed the works, closed out defect items, and handed over to Frasers Property Group.
Key Focus:
Ensured smooth delivery and coordination across multiple stakeholders during the initial phase of the estate’s construction.
